Old railroad right of way between Atlantic & Eagle None Railroad, but in litigation – Huge site
– Potentially city-owned
– The City is in the middle of a lawsuit with the railroad regarding this property. There was a ballot measure (4) that passed to make it into a park. Once the suit is settled, there may be more opportunity

College of Alameda land   College of Alameda – Might the College of Alameda be interested in collaborating on the project, and let us use some land currently covered with grass?  
Park land Many City of Alameda – Available to the city: is there any land that is part of any existing parks that could be turned into community gardens? They did it during the war, didn’t they? – Potentially controversial
Empty Triangular Lot near Fruitvale bridge 2001 Versailles Ave   – Large site
– Site used to be toxic, but was cleaned up.
