During spring semester 2021, three students from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy supported the City and CASA in developing recommendations and best practices for electrification of existing buildings in Alameda. This will be a major effort of CARP implementation going forward.

In 2022, the City of Alameda and CASA continued our partnership with UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. A new team of first-year students researched funding and financing options for low- and moderate-income households. See link to the Funding and Finance Presentation and Final Report.
